Julius Tovie Wilpon was born on 12/13/1960 in Perth Amboy, NJ (Perth Amboy General Hospital), the son of Milton and Psela Wilpon, grandson of Julius and Rose Wilpon (blessed with his grandfathers full name), and brother to Jay, David and Ronald Wilpon. Julius grew up in Edison, NJ, graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1983.

Julius and Marina were married on 12/09/1999 and currently live in Palisades Park, NJ.
